Summary: Was first given a room with no electricity. Then moved to a room that I was not the same typer of room I paid for. It was not cleaned properly and had towels with stains on them.

Summary: Reception was hard ro understand and was more interested in her phone. Hotel had a musty moldy smell. Was next to house keeping and started dryer at 9:00 pm

Summary: The grounds look nothing like the pictures. Very unkept outside. No jungle gym for kids, fire pit unkept, outdoor seating rusty and dirty. Lobby was newly remolded looking. Walls, doors, and hallways not very clean. Room was not too bad, other than the drywall dust under the sink that was left after repair of sorts. Beds and pillows comfortable. Lightbulbs burned out. Overall, probably wouldn't stay if there were other choices.

Summary: The bathrooms were filthy, the bedrooms smelled funny as did the hallways and the ceiling fan in the room looked like it was about to fall off of the ceiling. It was not a good experience at all so we checked out a night early.

Summary: For some weird reason, we had to step over a balled up disgusting dirty towel on the floor when entering the hotel lobby, which was still there when we left the next morning. Check-in was on a kiosk, that you don’t see in the hotel pictures.

Summary: Maybe checking in with someone on a screen, wherever they were located, coding my own room keys, with an empty front desk is shading my view but I didn't enjoy the stay. The property felt shabby- kind of clean (if that's a thing). One room had stains on the wall with a missing chair. The bathrooms were super tiny. This property would be OK as a quick pass thru for a night, however I'd still probably stay somewhere else.

Summary: Room was clean, parking was easy and lots of nearby dining options. Breakfast was below average (limited options, milk was expired, waffle batter was questionable and coffee did not taste good). Surprised there was no elevator.

Summary: We appreciated the staff and you can tell the rooms were adequately cleaned. Our biggest complaint was the noise honestly. When walking down the hallway, we could hear every conversation clear as day happening in the rooms. Also, it sounded like there was a rugby team having a full match above our room until about 11:30 p.m.

Summary: No real person at front desk. You talk to someone through a kiosk. And it has captions that don't work properly, by not posting that you or the representative says correctly. So if you have a problem with accents, expect issues. Also, had to get my room key reprogrammed as it stopped working.

Summary: Hotel is dated and smells musty. Mo elevators, only stairs. Breakfast was terrible with expired milk being used for cereal and waffle mix. Check in via a kiosk in the lobby was odd and I’d much prefer an actual face to face interaction. Overall stay was fine for what we needed. Also the playground in the photos is no where in sight.
